![]() You'll want to find artifacts on the early levels to get powerful boosters to use on the lower levels. Boosters are small buffs you can apply for a single run or two, but often come with penalties or drawbacks (ie +15% melee damage, -10% projectile resistance, must be nearby to another player). They are the closest thing to a progression system but behave more like collectibles, find enough artifacts and you'll unlock a booster. You can collect artifacts in levels to make progress towards boosters. Sometimes you can recover and just barely prevent shit hitting the fan, sometimes everything goes to shit in a matter of seconds. Completing the PE objectives on missions can be a multi-hour commitment, and a single mistake can cascade and result in a team wipe at any moment. The Hard objective in a mission usually takes 20min-1hr to complete. (Also, if you die you lose any progress in that mission, you must do the objective and reach the extraction point for any part mission to complete.) Otherwise your reward is becoming more skilled at the game and unlocking lower levels. Getting a PE medal on a level is often orders of magnitude more difficult than the base objective and often doubles or triples the time the mission takes to complete. The PE medal is awarded for completing all objectives in a single run. Hard objectives are the base difficulty, and Extreme/Overload are optional objectives. The only bonus reward is completing Prisoner Efficiency for levels that have a Hard, Extreme, and Overload objective, and it's only a flex. Do the game reward you in any other then the " hey we did it get guy " for beating that lvl? ![]() ![]() So after you go through a level and beat it. Does GTFO have any type of rewards like, skilling, leveling etc.
